  • Contemporary Chinese Cuisine

Went to a  Chinese Restaurant on Sun nite for a friend’s Birthday Dinner, and the place is called Hakkasan, at first I thought it’s a branch of aonther famous  Hakkasan Chinese  Restaurnat  from  London UK, eventually they are different….

This Hakkasan serving what they call themselves Contempoary Chinese Cusine, which sounds very interesting. The setting of the dining room is modern, western, they serve wine, alcohol drinks,  fine coffee to all kinds of chinese tea. Table setting is East meets West i.e. Forks and Knives and Chopsticks. And the Jazz music accompany our dinner throughout

We took the 8 courses tasting menu. Most of the courses are being served individually with a couple of them served  on the traditional way a larger plate to share…The food are very good both in taste and presentation the service is effecient, attentive, overall a nice experience..
